Engage with your Customers!! Bring them into the fold. Let them know what's going on with you and your company!! Remember they want to hear from you!!
This form of engagement comes in many forms most of many you have heard of or even tried at some point. Here are two that I command you to create strategies for and stick to for at least 12 months. Social Media (Create a Fan Page, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and more) and Blogging (become the thought leader, drive traffic to your website, and convert new customers). Start there and be sure to strategize and plan ahead so that they don’t become overwhelming.
